In Burgas there are little piles of cat biscuits everywhere, on steps in front of shops and on top of electricity metre boxes and in porches to blocks of flats. All for the city bin cat community. I think I mentioned this in an earlier blog about a particular cat outside a shopping arcade.
This picture shows the next stage in feral feline care with a whole tin. No sign of an opener or a bowl so I’m not sure how the food gets delivered to the little faces. I didn’t know cats liked coffee either! I liked to think that the 2 people on the pier were the folk that placed the cat breakfast where it is.
